A nice little resource for spelling the word Halloween or for children to make their own banners, as well as for handwriting practice. Page 1 shows the letters in colour for children to cut and order. Pages 2 - 6 each show the word Halloween in 3 different fonts. Children can trace in these, colour or paint them to make their own word banners. The banners can be used to make a Halloween card too. Page 7 shows the word Halloween in dotted lines for tracing.

Here is a simple activity to reinforce or teach letter recognition. Children find the vowels in grid one and colour them the appropriate colour to match the boxes. A bumper resource to support learning the alphabet, phonics and reading for EYFS and KS1. The first poster shows a colour picture for each letter of the alphabet. Children can use this as a worksheet adding either the first sound or the word. Laminate this and it can be useful in the writing corner.
